Danielle is the Founder and Managing Director of Wren.
Danielle has 30 years’ international experience in strategy, governance and risk. She is experienced in executive and Board-level facilitation, developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting strategy, risk and governance reviews and advising on aspects of organisational design and transformation.
She is a trusted consultant to Boards, executive leaders and top teams across many sectors. She is particularly interested in how culture and team dynamics influence the strategic direction of an organisation, and impact operational success, effective governance and risk management.
During an extensive prior career as a corporate finance lawyer in Australia and the United States, Danielle led major transactions both in private practice and in-house. She led strategy and risk teams in financial services before establishing a risk advisory and consulting practice at a global firm. More recently, as head of strategic advisory at a leading Australian boutique consulting practice, Danielle led multiple global strategy and governance reviews for prominent international organisations.
